With Christmas just around the corner I recently purchased some Australian Made, native animal ornaments for my tree and thought I'd share the details, as they may inspire others to 'go native' next year :)
They are made from Tasmanian Oak and there were 5 ornaments in the pack, a kangaroo, koala, wombat, platypus and echidna.
The company, Byrne Woodware make other products, including an Australian Sea Life ornaments set that I also attempted to purchase, sadly unsuccessfully this year, and they make mobiles for babies, that would make beautiful gifts.
