Having sold many properties over the past few years, I have no doubt that a professionally styled property adds an enormous amount of value to the final selling price, as well as reducing the number of days a property sits on the market.


The work that you did on this particular unit was excellent, and you created a much needed ‘WOW’ factor, to what would otherwise have been a fairly standard one bedroom unit, that would have blended in with all of the other properties on the market.


You skilfully made a very small unit have the perception of being much larger, as well as being able to brighten up the entire unit, (which was no mean feat for a unit with only one window!), features which greatly appealed to all buyers who inspected the property.
